Platov Brothers
April 05, 2004

In a previous entry entitled, Iron Curtain, I talked about the fate of some Soviet chess composers and problemists under Stalin's rule.

Two such composers were the Platov brothers.

I came across a nice web page about them. It is written in Spanish. I did a machine translation of it and pasted it into a separate web page since I wasn't sure how enduring a link to a translator might be. I made the page very similar to the original, gave the page full credit and linked to the original page. It's not too difficult to read - I didn't do any cleaning up or editing.

Read it here: Platov Brothers
