We have all the scores but the other 7 players did not play all their games and exactly which 7 games were not played is not specified. The other scores were: Martin 10/15, Spaulding 8.5/15, Thompson 6.5/13, Colesworthy 5.5/13, Cleve 5.5/14, Durkin 4.5/13, Sternberg 4/15. The Dec. 1904 American Chess Bulletin said the championship was 'recently concluded', so it may have finishsed in Nov. or Dec. 1904. |
