| Notes: |
| Gaige has 'E. Grünfeld' at this event; Di Felice has 'Gereben, Erno'. Gereben was born 'Ernst Grünfeld', the German form of his name. In events of Gereben, Gaige in Chess Tournament Crosstables has a footnote to say that his name was originally Ernő Grünfeld, but at Debrecen 1924, he has no footnote, so I presume this to mean that Gaige thought this was the more famous Ernst Grünfeld. |
