Di Felice has a tournament in Ghent in 1938 won jointly by O'Kelly de Galway and Dyner, called the 'Colle Memorial' tournament. The only tournament that seems to correspond to this at the Belgian Chess History website is the 2nd All Saint's Day Tournament.
