| Anderssen was in Paris for his formal match with Kolisch. His other encounters there should be considered offhand, I suppose. Journoud says in the Apr. 1860 issue of La Régence (see Cornil), that Anderssen would arrive in Paris 3 Apr. and in the May 1860 issue he gives this result, so these games must have taken place entirely in the month of April. |
