| The Baltische Schachblätter of 1889 (p.22) gives a result of +42-22=8 for Amelung against Knorre over the period 1 Jan. 1856 to 1 Jul. 1859. I have divided this up over the three-and-a-half year period as +12-6=2 for the first three years and +6-4=2 in 1859. The actual results in each year may differ, but the total is as reported. |
