| Winter's Chess Note 3443 cites the Dundee Courier and Argus of 31 Aug. 1863, giving +7-0=0 for Fraser, but the date may be a misprint, as the 11 Aug. 1860 issue of the Dundee, Perth and Forfar People's Journal has the result as +7-0=1 for Fraser. It seems likely, therefore, that the match ended in Aug. 1860. |
