| This was a team match. Lahde gives only the result of the game Kashdan-Lier. The Brooklyn Daily Eagle of 27 Feb. 1930 (p.24) gives that and two other games. Lahde dates this to 1929, but it is clear from the Brooklyn Daily Eagle report that it took place on 22 Feb. 1930 (matches were played on Saturdays). |
