The report in the American Chess Bulletin of Nov. 1913 (pp.252-253) says that 'the play-off between Hallwegen, Fink and Clarke again resulted in a triple tie'. I record this as a series of draws between the three of them, though it might have been that each won one game and lost the other, or more than one game per pair might have been played.
