Event table notes

Event data
Name: Illinois State Chess Association Tournament
Place: Chicago
Start date: 22 Feb. 1899
End date: Feb. 1899

Notes:
Taylor should have played Pelouze in the second round though not mentioned, and since Taylor advanced to the winner's bracket in the next round, he probably beat Pelouze, but in other cases where there were draws, one of the two advanced (perhaps by lot), so the result of the Taylor-Pelouze game is not clear. I will not include it.
