Di Felice has 'Weichert, P.' here, but the Deutsche Schachblätter of 1 May 1939 (reprduced in Chess Note 8699) has 'Weichert (Fürstnw.), which must be Willi Weichert of Fürstenwalde. Winter's CN 8702 confirms that the Fleischmann here was from Weiden, which must therefore be Friedrich Fleischmann.
