Event table notes

Event data
Name: 3rd Western Chess Association Tournament (3rd USA Open)
Place: Excelsior
Start date: 4 Aug. 1902
End date: 9 Aug. 1902

Notes:
Gaige has 'R.J. Spencer', 'J.H. Clark', and 'H.F. Lee' at this event; Di Felice has 'Spencer, R.J.', 'Clark, John Levi' and 'Lee, Harry Fowler'; chessgames.com has 'George B Spencer', 'John W Clark', and 'Harry Fowler Lee'. However, the Brooklyn Daily Eagle of 24 Aug. 1902 (p.7) has 'G.B. Spencer', 'J.W. Clark', and 'W.H. Lee'. The latter might be an error, but since this is the only primary source I've seen that actually gives Lee's name with initials, I will tentatively accept it as correct for now.
