Notes:
The Mennonite Encyclopedia website lists his name as 'Boerma, Nicolaas Westendorp' but his Dutch Wikipedia page refers to him as 'Westendorp Boerma', suggesting that that was his family name. The Tijdschrift van den Nederlandschen Schaakbond of 1 Jan. 1893 has 'Dr. N. Westendorp Boerma' on p.5 and lists his as 'Westendorp Boerma' on p.6 in the crosstable of the 2nd class tournament at Amsterdam 1892, where all other players are listed by surname only. So, is his surname 'Boerma' or 'Westendorp Boerma'?
