Notes:
Di Felice has both 'Perkins, N.F.' and 'Perkins, N. Anthony', the former in the London League Major Section A 1n 1936-1937, but Alan McGowan says that this was Nicholas Anthony Perkins. Di Felice also has 'Perkins, N.F.' in the London Championship of 1946; I will also assume that this was N. Anthony Perkins.
