| Di Felice has 'W. Palmer' in the New South Wales - Queensland Telegraphic Match of 1902, while OzBase has 'Alexander C. Palmer'. The Australian Chess Annual of 1896 (p.78) says he was 17 years old in July 1895. This suggests that he was born in 1877 or 1878. |
