Notes:
Československý Šach (1935) has 'Boleslav' in two events in Prague (pp.98, 191) where Di Felice has 'Dobias, Josef'. Mudroň has 'Boleslav (Dobiáš) in Prague in 1931, so I suppose that these are the same person.
