Notes:
Brother of William Watson Rutherford. Forster has 'Arthur K. Rutherford' once on p.287, and in the index of his biography of Burn, but none of the many other references in that book have the middle initial K. Steve Mann's analysis of birth, death and census records show no sign of a middle initial. Saunders gives date of death as 'Oct/Nov/Dec 1958'.
