I received correspondence from Eduardo Bauzá Mercére giving Rocamora's first name and explaining that the correct form of his name is 'Salomón Ricardo Rocamora', a Sephardic Jewish name of Spanish origin ('Riccardo' is Italian). Gaige gives only a birth date, but Mercére gave me his year of death as 1923. Michael Kühl has supplied a record from ancestry.com giving his exact date of death as 9-03-1924. |
