Di Felice, British Chess Magazine and the Chess Player's Chronicle have 'F.H. Andrews'; Yanofsky has 'F.E. Andrews'? Also, Staunton gives 'F.G. Andrews' as the honorary Secretary of the Quebec Chess Club in 1861 (Illustrated London News, 26 Jan. 1861, p.80). Alan McGowan has sent me copies of official records giving full name and birth and death dates.
