Rosendahl gives birth year as 1803. Alberti gives birth date as 01-11-1806; Gaige gives 01-01-1806. Alberti gives date of death as 09-05-1853; Umiatowski and Lissowski give 19-05-1853; Gaige gives 18-05-1853, as does Walker in Bell's Life in London (5 Jun. 1853, p.8); Dubois gives date of death as 1851 in Rivista scacchistica italiani (1900, p.259). The opponent of Boncourt in two games in Le Palamède (1839, p.115-116) is given as 'Zekeriski', but this must mean 'Kieseritzky', as the previous issue (p.88) promised that games between these two would appear in the next issue.
