Biographical data
Name: Bodenstein, Paul
Born: 12 May 1864
Died: 28 Aug. 1934

Notes:
Alan McGowan makes a good case (at the chessgames.com pages for Hugo Bodenstein and Paul Bodenstein) that Hugo did not exist, and that all references to him were actually for Hauptmann Paul Bodenstein, despite occurrences of the name 'Hugo' in a few places.
